Surveys for Home Owners
If you find a damp patch on a wall or ceiling or an area of soft timber skirting, it can be a worry. Is it penetrating or rising damp, or is it wet or dry rot?
Apex Property Care can help identify the cause and remedy for you. We use a variety of equipment to find the cause(s).
We have the experience and using moisture meters.
We do not charge for these inspections, however, if there is a recommendation to carry out a disruptive investigation after an initial visit, with our Endoscope or exposure work, we will notify you in advance.
Exposure works can be useful to help identify the extent of a timber or damp problem.
Our Surveyors are all CSRT qualified.
